Dental Assistant Requirements:

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a highly competent, experienced, and compassionate Dental Assistant who takes pride in doing their best and helping patients leave healthier and more knowledgeable than when they came in. As a startup, some flexibility regarding duties may be needed. But the opportunity is to get in on the culture-setting atmosphere of a fresh start and to help guide future assistants as we grow. Qualifications

  • Highly skilled in most aspects (and at least familiar with all) of Dental Care and Dentistry

  • Experience in biological/holistic dentistry is a plus, but not required

  • Experience in airway and sleep-related dentistry is a plus, but not required

  • Excellence in communication

  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

  • Ability to identify needs and anticipate solutions
