Dental Assistant Requirements:
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a highly competent, experienced, and compassionate Dental Assistant who takes pride in doing their best and helping patients leave healthier and more knowledgeable than when they came in. As a startup, some flexibility regarding duties may be needed. But the opportunity is to get in on the culture-setting atmosphere of a fresh start and to help guide future assistants as we grow. Qualifications
Highly skilled in most aspects (and at least familiar with all) of Dental Care and Dentistry
Experience in biological/holistic dentistry is a plus, but not required
Experience in airway and sleep-related dentistry is a plus, but not required
Excellence in communication
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Ability to identify needs and anticipate solutions
Dental Receptionist Requirements:
Role Description
This is a part-time to full-time role for a someone who sincerely cares to interact with people. This doesn’t necessarily mean extroverted—but it does require genuinely appreciating the individuality of each patient in the office (or on the phone). Answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, completing insurance claims for submission on patients’ behalf, outgoing phone calls, are some of the basic duties. This is often the first and last points of contact for our patients during their appointments, so we are looking for that special someone for this role.
Qualifications
High level of attention to detail and great accuracy
Ability to gather and record details by listening attentively
Excellence in communication
Prior experience as a professional receptionist
Experience with biological/holistic dentistry is a plus, but not required
Experience with airway and sleep-related dentistry is a plus, but not required
