Our “Home” Team
At Rest Dentistry, we’re a small biological, airway, and sleep-focused office in smallish Battle Ground, WA—a couple steps away from Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR. Our “home” team is small too. But our purpose is big.
These are the people you will meet in person when you come to visit our office. They handle all the details around the comprehensive dental care we provide. While we have a remote “away” team that handles medical insurance and billing for Obstructive Sleep Apnea and TMJ oral appliances, our “home” team will be the ones you meet every time you see us.
I don’t believe in coincidences or accidents, so none of these ladies are here by chance. They were each meant to be here. And each one is a blessing to work with. Come see for yourself.

Heidi, Receptionist/Front Office
When I first met Heidi, we were sitting next to each other in church and I couldn’t help but notice her singing. As they say: “she’s got pipes!” Fast forward and she is now a “former” dental hygienist as she has left behind cleaning teeth and become a valuable member of our front office team. Dedicated and spirited with ceaseless energy, Heidi wholeheartedly takes on whatever needs attention. She is our resident problem-solver. And as the youngest member of our team, we dump all our tech problems on her! If you call or spend any time with us, you will undoubtedly get to hear her laughter (those pipes).
Lilian, Receptionist/Front Office
Lilian’s entry into dentistry started as a teenager, when she was asked to assist a family member during a weekend wisdom teeth extractions case. She was immediately hooked. She spent the next years doing everything from assisting to eventually managing the office. We are thankful for her presence here. Gentle and steady, she is often the voice of reason. Positive and humble, she is our biggest cheerleader. A blossoming artist (I think her work is already very amazing but she says she’s got room for improvement), she spends some of her time away from work creating lovely and inspiring things. You may have already come across her works in a gallery!
Mandy, Assistant/Back Office
Caring and competent in equal measure, Mandy was meant to manage the patient-care and back office duties here at Rest Dentistry. Her care is genuine for each patient and she sincerely seems to receive joy from knowing that a patient is comfortable and well taken care of. She left another biological dental office that she really loved to join us here in Battle Ground (because we’re MUCH closer to her home) and I am thankful how that worked out. When you meet her, she will undoubtedly ask if you’d like a heated neck wrap because she would wear one herself, if she could. Mandy is also a creative, who enjoys expressing her artistry in bringing new life to things like chandeliers and other home decor fixtures.
